This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning are great. The staff even helped me return my forgotten jewelry! Highly recommend for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Spotless, hip new hotel with professional staff. Quiet ambience in the property, best possible location. Based in a calm area. Early check-in, generally very good service. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Friendly hotel staff, always pleasant and asked if we needed anything/if things were going well. Room clean and restocked. Location was excellent and as quiet as advertised. We were able to walk to most major locations and were close to a metro stop for farther arrondissements.
Would have liked more "concierge" services. Had to figure the metro on our own and could have used more info about day bus tours.

A really good lacation, close from Champs Elysses and Av. Montaigne. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel good. They even made for us a free upgrade when they saw we are toghether with our baby. The rooms are decorated in parisian style and they are really nice.
You can order to room service only cold food and you have to wait for 45 minutes to bring it. But there are many nice restaurants and coffee shops around,so this was not such a big problem.

The location was ideal for the purpose of the visit.
The room was very dark, and the corridors and lift very narrow. It was clean, and comfortable, but not attractive.

The breakfast restaurant was very nice. It was only 1 block from Champs Elysees !
We had some trouble controlling the room temperature, but opening the window was a great option.

All the staff were very helpful but the receptionist in particular was excellent. We were upgraded for a small additional fee and it was well worth it, the room was very nice. The location was very good and close to restuarants, cafes and the main shopping area. We would definately stay again.
